Tulum ruins entrance

A friend used a resort pass to visit me. This is one of the nicest all inclusive resorts that I have been to. You can also rent a beach cabana thing for quite a lot of money. Service is one of those areas I kept asking myself if we expect too much or if service was really this terrible.
